I was wondering if anyone knows of a tasteful place that I can learn how to strip dance with or without pole in chester county pa. My husband and I have been together for 11 years and we have just welcomed our 2nd baby into the world. I wanted to spice things up a little and get back into shape. I heard that pole dancing can really help you get into shape but the only place I have found online looks like it is designed for strippers to go to, it does not look very tasteful or clean. Please help, I would like to surprise my husband when we go away this winter. I live in downingtown, chester county pa

Pole dancing is a new exercise, a lot of gyms in la and new york now offer this as an aerobic work out, fully clothed. It is supposed to be a very good workout not to mention boost your self-esteem in the bedroom, a lot of actresses are now doing this and look great, ex, teri hatcher, lisa rina etc. I am surprised to see that people are so closed minded I am 29 and have 2 children I have no intention on going into a strip club, I just want to try something besides running every day and yoga, which I already do both

I really want to get one! I used to be a dancer but never really learned a lot on the pole ’cause there was no time to practice. It is excellent exercise. I know that they have classes that are really popular even w/ the celebs. They are only in bigger cities though and I live an hour from Chicago. If you’ve gotten a pole, what kind was it and how much was it? I’ve seen them at adult novelty stores but they are not the sturdy kind so you can’t climb up them and stuff. The cheapest I could find on the internet was $99 plus s&h on the internet.

There’s so many DVD’s out there to learn how to Pole Dance….Does anyone recommend which one to buy? and out of Peekaboo, Lil’ Mynx, or another Brand what is the best Pole to buy for my apartment…..Thanks for your help
